Acceptable Use Policy

Last Updated: January 22, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes service eligibility, distribution-platform compliance, provider compliance, and service-integrity requirements for Crushbit. By using the App, you agree to these requirements. Violations may result in feature restrictions, suspension, termination, or reporting where required by law or provider terms.

1. Account Eligibility

Crushbit is an adult dating service. Account eligibility requirements are part of the service contract and may also be required by law, app stores, hosting providers, payment processors, or other service providers.

  • One account per person. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
  • Profile representation. Your profile must represent the account holder. Do not impersonate another person.
  • Profile photos. Photos must depict the account holder. Celebrity photos, stock images, AI-generated faces, and photos of other people are not eligible for hosting as profile photos.
  • Verification. Verification is required before certain features are available. Verification confirms service eligibility signals; it does not verify legal identity, background, intent, or real-world conduct.
  • 18+ only. Crushbit is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.

2. User Controls

Crushbit does not adjudicate interpersonal disputes or decide who was right in a user-to-user interaction. Users control their own interactions through product tools.

  • Block. Blocking prevents the blocked account from interacting with you through the Service.
  • Report. Reporting lets you send a structured signal through the reporting options available in the App.
  • Encrypted messages. Private messages are end-to-end encrypted. Crushbit cannot read, monitor, or verify private message contents.
  • Law enforcement. If you believe a crime has occurred, contact local law enforcement directly.

3. Legal and Service Provider Compliance

The following categories are restricted by applicable law and/or third-party service provider requirements, including app stores, hosting providers, payment processors, and content-screening vendors:

  • Nudity and sexual content. Nude photos, sexually explicit images, or pornographic content.
  • Violence and graphic content. Images or descriptions of violence, gore, or self-harm.
  • Minors. Photos of minors (anyone under 18), even if they are your own children.
  • Illegal content. Content that promotes or depicts illegal activity.
  • Dangerous content. Content promoting dangerous activities, substances, or self-harm.
  • Hate symbols. Imagery associated with hate groups or movements.

Content matching these categories may be detected by third-party services or automated systems and may result in upload rejection, removal, account restrictions, or reporting as required by law or provider terms.

4. Contract and Service Integrity

The following behaviors violate your agreement with us, interfere with service operation, or create provider-compliance risk:

  • Spam and solicitation. Using the Service to advertise, sell products, or promote services.
  • Scams and fraud. Using the Service to obtain money, credentials, or sensitive information through deception.
  • Profile misrepresentation. Using fake photos or personas that do not represent the account holder.
  • Bots and automation. Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Service.
  • Data harvesting. Scraping, collecting, or misusing other users' information.
  • Circumvention. Attempting to bypass verification, content-screening, service-integrity systems, rate limits, account restrictions, or automated systems.

Violations may be detected via service-integrity signals and automated systems, and may result in account restrictions or termination.

5. Games and Matching

Game queues and game sessions depend on service-integrity rules. Attempts to manipulate placement, scoring, or queue behavior may result in feature restrictions or account termination.

  • Queue integrity. Do not manipulate queues, matchmaking, game sessions, or post-game flows.
  • Client integrity. Do not tamper with the app, device attestation, network requests, or game-state messages.
  • Automated activity. Do not use scripts, bots, emulators, modified clients, or automation to play games or interact with users.

6. User Decisions

Crushbit provides tools for user-controlled interactions. You decide whether to continue chatting, exchange information, or meet another person outside the Service.

  • Interaction control. You may block or stop interacting with another user at any time.
  • Profile visibility. Using the Service means certain profile information is shown to other users during product flows, including your avatar, photos when available after a chat match, age, selected location, and app-generated display name.
  • Information sharing. You decide what additional personal information to share with other users.
  • Offline meetings. Offline interactions are outside the Service. You are responsible for your own decisions and precautions.

7. Automated Enforcement

Enforcement is based on automated systems, predefined categories, structured signals, and provider-compliance requirements. Depending on the signal or requirement, outcomes may include:

  • Upload rejection or removal
  • Feature restrictions
  • Temporary suspension
  • Permanent termination
  • Reporting where required by law or provider terms

Crushbit does not operate a general user-content review process and does not adjudicate private user disputes. In limited cases required by distribution platform policies, account metadata may be reviewed. Private message contents and suspected CSAM imagery are not manually reviewed by Crushbit.

8. Reports

Reports are structured signals used for service-integrity and provider-compliance purposes. You may report content or accounts based on the predefined categories available in the App.

Reports are processed by automated systems and may inform service-integrity enforcement. Some report flows may also block or offer to block an account from interacting with you. Reports do not create a private dispute-resolution process.

Criminal activity: Because chats are end-to-end encrypted, we cannot access or verify message content. If you believe a user has engaged in criminal activity, please contact local law enforcement directly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

This policy is part of the service contract and may be updated as legal, distribution-platform, hosting-provider, payment-provider, or service-integrity requirements change.
